For those who prefer filet mignon wrapped in bacon, we offer a delicious bacon-wrapped version. Each delectable piece is seasoned lightly and grilled rotisserie style.

Prime Ribeye

Because of excellent marbling in the meat of this cut it is loaded with flavor and remains tender during cooking. This steak is best grilled (ask anyone) and will remain tender up to medium,  We sear the out side of our steaks for a quick seal of all the juices which helps it remain tender.  Then we use garlic a little olive oil and mesquite flavor, cook it to perfection with a couple of our secret ingredients to make magic on your plate.  Served with a side of selected vegetables.

Smoked Salmon

Our smoked salmon is one of our best sellers to date.  It is salmon that is slow wood smoked and covered in a mango and jalapeno chutney.  The salmon is cooked to perfection. We cover the salmon in dark rum and virgin olive. Then we brush on heavy coat of real maple syrup along with a dusting of coarse ground black pepper and allow air-drying 15-20 minutes.  The rest is family recipe secrets.  We promise this delicious dish will remain juicy to the last bite, leaving you craving more.

Decadent Flan

Crème caramel  flan (flɑn), or caramel custard is a custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top, as opposed to crème brûlée, which is custard with a hard caramel top. The dish is eaten throughout the world. We encrust our flan with a delicious sweet bread crumb and top it off with frozen caramel. So delicious it will have you coming back just for dessert.

Salmon Rolls

Our Sushi salmon rolls are for the sushi lover in you.  We roll fresh salmon caught daily from our local rivers. We server this dish with a combonation of a fresh spring mix, fresh capers, olives and red onions and top it off with a light layer of  rasberry vinaigrette.  This is another one of our more popular dishes that we serve here. You will be running back for more.
